Description of the center:

Yoga is a lifestyle, an awareness that helps us improve our balance and our health. Simple living and high thinking. This ancient science helps us connect with the source of life and increase the physical and mental. Everyone can practice yoga, regardless of their age and condition. Starts and practice and see its benefits.

A group of more than 50 teachers, all graduates of the Sivananda Yoga Centers International, with many years of experience in teaching and practice of Yoga, are trained to assist you with the care you deserve. They work as volunteers at your service, teaching and giving you personalized advice on your yoga practice.

By practicing these five principles will learn to keep body and mind in good health and balance:

Proper Exercise (Asanas)
Proper Breathing (Pranayama)
Proper Relaxation (Savasana)
Proper Diet (Vegetarian)
Positive thinking and meditation (Vedanta and Dhyana)


Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Saturdays and Sundays from 12h to 19h

The Sivananda Yoga Center offers more than 500 m2 at your service. Four bright and spacious rooms with an ideal environment for the practice of Yoga and a variety of activities each week. All aimed to incorporate calm into your life. More than 30 classes weekly classical Yoga to suit all levels, individual correction and personalized attention. Daily practice of meditation, weekend workshops, retreats, teacher training, yoga vacation and boutique.
